Going to Silverstone for the first time and going to book tickets soon. Am thinking of Club Corner. Band 4 is available. Anyone know what the view is here ? Also what is meant by band lol. Or any other opinions of good seating . Thanks

Hi tweets, welcome to the madhouse... I mean forum ;)

I have personally never been to Silverstone so I can't help you I'm afraid, but I am sure someone who can will do so before too long. Whatever happens, I hope you have a great time and if you take a camera, come back and tell us how you got on and better still, show us 8)

Oh and if I was you, I'd start praying for plenty of this :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun: :sun:

Well done on that. The last time I went for the whole weekend, we stayed in a hotel in north london and the coach took us to the track, and back.
Parking there is a right bitch too :banghead:

Welcome tweets. I'm pleased you've got tickets for the GP. I've not been to the track as a spectator in many years, and of course the track has changed considerably, as have the facilities available. The traffic can be bad, but they have recently upgraded a lot of the systems for getting people in and out.

In terms of viewing, Club won't be bad. With the new layout, I would try to get a seat at Luffield or Woodcote, that way you get a view of the infield DRS zone.

Anywhere you sit, you'll have a great time. Have fun.
